This is well sourced honey. We pride ourselves on finding the best small scale honey producers in the UK. Sometimes they are backyard beekeepers (like us!) with only a few hives, sometimes they have a more professional set up. But every beekeeper we work with shares the same ethos of putting the welfare of the bees first.
